Plus, it raises the blood circulation on your skin which gives redness and itching to your face. Italian foods like burgers, pizzas and chili potatoes are also a reason for acne breakout. These foods are rich in carbohydrate, fats and even include too many spices which can make your skin oily and greasy. So, you should avoid too much consumption of spicy food to get acne free and beautiful skin.
